Refund Policy

1. Cancellation

You can cancel your Interakly Pro subscription at any time from your account settings. When you cancel, you will retain access to all Pro features until the end of your current billing period (monthly or annual). After that, your account will revert to the Free plan.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing cycle — you will not be charged again after cancelling.

2. Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

  • Within 14 days of initial purchase — if you subscribed to Pro and it doesn't meet your needs, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your first payment.
  • Service issues — if you experienced extended downtime or a critical bug that prevented you from using the Service, we will issue a prorated refund for the affected period.
  • Duplicate charges — if you were charged twice for the same billing period, we will refund the duplicate charge immediately.

3. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds are generally not provided in the following cases:

  • Requests made more than 14 days after the initial purchase (unless due to service issues)
  • Partial months or unused time remaining on a billing cycle after cancellation
  • Account termination due to violation of our Terms of Service
  • Dissatisfaction with features that were clearly described prior to purchase

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at support@interakly.com with the following information:

  • Your account email address
  • Date of the charge
  • Reason for the refund request

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed through Paddle and typically appear on your statement within 5-10 business days.

5. Annual Subscriptions

For annual subscriptions, the 14-day refund window applies from the date of purchase. After 14 days, you may cancel at any time but will not receive a prorated refund for the remaining months. Your access will continue until the end of the annual billing period.
